inspiration

so decided to go back to working out again…….I really hope I can find the motivation to keep going this time. Tired of being out of shape, but laziness is a hard habit to break. I work out just until I almost have a good looking figure, then I lose my willpower to keep up and fall behind. Don’t get me wrong, I am not fat…….just I want to have a six pack abs, chiseled chest, and perfect biceps. I want to look like Bruce Lee, which is a lot of dedication. I shoot for the stars every time, because I know that if I fail, I will land higher each time. I just need to keep my focus this time, keep up with the goals that I have, and not give up just because it takes to much time to do a sit-up or a push-up. I have all the time that my life will bring, and that is more then enough time to get in shape and stop fooling myself into submission with thoughts of laziness. Maybe this post will help others out there, who work out, but not regularly. They lose faith in themselves because they expect results instantaneously, but nothing is ever quick, it takes time, dedication, heart, passion, and willpower to be who you want to be in life. To better yourself, and those around you. Even the smallest pebble has a ripple in the pond, they may not be big, but enough pebbles and there is a huge wave. Sorry such a long post……I will try to keep them shorter in the future lol.
